Additional minutes beyond your plan are billed at a simple per-minute rate: Starter at $0.18/min, Growth at $0.15/min, Pro at $0.12/min. Overage is invoiced monthly with your retainer. We cap your monthly overage exposure at 2x your base retainer — so you always know your maximum cost.

What's included in the setup fee?

How quickly can we launch?
Most Starter and Growth deployments are live within 5 to 7 business days of the kickoff call. Multi-location Pro deployments typically take 2 to 3 weeks.
What calendar system do you work with?
