TCPA Compliance Notice

Last updated: May 2026 · Vox Proventus LLC · El Dorado Hills, California

Vox Proventus LLC operates AI voice agents and automated SMS systems on behalf of our clients and for our own business communications. This notice explains our compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and its implementing regulations. The TCPA restricts telemarketing communications and the use of automated telephone systems. We take TCPA compliance seriously for both our own communications and those we deploy for our clients.

// 01 — AUTOMATED CALL DISCLOSURE

Vox Proventus deploys AI voice agents that answer inbound telephone calls. When you call a business that uses our services, you will be connected to an automated AI voice system. Federal law requires that automated telephone systems identify themselves. Our AI agents — including "Hope" — are programmed to disclose at the beginning of each call that the caller is speaking with an automated AI system, not a human representative. This disclosure is made clearly and at the start of each interaction. We do not use our AI systems to place outbound telemarketing calls without prior express written consent from the called party.

// 02 — CONSENT REQUIREMENTS

Under the TCPA, prior express written consent is required before placing autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts to cell phones for marketing purposes. For informational or transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations or follow-up messages related to an inquiry you initiated), prior express consent may be sufficient. When you submit your contact information through our website, call our AI-answered phone lines, or interact with our chat agent, you consent to receive follow-up communications from Vox Proventus related to your inquiry — including email and text messages. We will not use your contact information for unrelated marketing without obtaining appropriate additional consent.

// 03 — SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMPLIANCE

When Vox Proventus sends SMS messages as a follow-up to a call or inquiry, we comply with TCPA requirements for text messaging, including: clearly identifying the sender as Vox Proventus; including opt-out instructions in every commercial text message (reply STOP to opt out); honoring all opt-out requests promptly and within 10 business days; not sending messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry for marketing purposes; and maintaining records of consent as required by law. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS communications. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

// 04 — HOW TO OPT OUT

You may opt out of receiving SMS communications from Vox Proventus at any time by: replying STOP to any text message you receive from us; emailing hello@voxproventus.com with "Opt Out" in the subject line; or calling (916) 510-0609 and requesting removal from our messaging list. Opt-out requests for SMS are effective within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional messages directly related to an active service engagement (such as billing notifications or urgent service updates). To be added to our internal Do Not Call list, please contact hello@voxproventus.com.

// 05 — OBLIGATIONS FOR OUR BUSINESS CLIENTS

When Vox Proventus configures and deploys AI calling and messaging systems for client businesses, those clients bear primary responsibility for TCPA compliance in their use of those systems. Our client agreements require that clients: obtain all necessary prior express written consent from their customers before using our AI systems to contact those customers; maintain records of consent as required by the TCPA and FCC regulations; provide proper TCPA-compliant disclosure language on their websites, lead capture forms, and other consent collection points; honor opt-out requests from their customers promptly; maintain their own internal Do Not Call list; and indemnify Vox Proventus against any TCPA liability arising from their non-compliant use of our services. Vox Proventus recommends that all clients consult with qualified legal counsel regarding TCPA compliance for their specific business and industry.

// 06 — NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY

Vox Proventus respects the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission. We do not place outbound marketing calls to numbers registered on the National DNC Registry without prior express written consent. If you believe you have received a call or message from us or from a system we operate in error, please contact us immediately at hello@voxproventus.com or (916) 510-0609 so we can investigate and address the issue.

// 07 — CONTACT FOR TCPA CONCERNS

To report a TCPA concern, request opt-out, or ask questions about our telephone and messaging practices: Vox Proventus LLC · El Dorado Hills, California · Email: hello@voxproventus.com · Phone: (916) 510-0609. We take compliance seriously and will respond to all TCPA-related inquiries within two business days. This notice does not constitute legal advice.
